Senator Dino Melaye has continued to show he is not the type to let things go as he appeared for the Senate plenary this mornig in his convocation gown.
Recall there has been controversy surrounding his first degree from Ahmadu Bello University ABU Zaria before the Institution’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibrahim Garba cleared the air yesterday, March 27 that Melaye indeed graduated from ABU.

EFCC chair: Buhari to over-rule DSS report, stick with Magu

President Muhammadu Buhari may insist on Ibrahim Magu becoming the substantive chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) after the Senate has twice turned down his confirmation. This follows a report on The Nation that the president appears set to overrule the Department of State Services (DSS) whose report had said that Magu was not fit for the seat. According to the report, the president will soon make his position known on the embattled acting EFCC boss known.
